The staff was indifferent to my concerns about security, and my belongings were stolen after they gave my room key to other guests. An unsettling experience overall.

The room was cozy and had fantastic hot water. Perfect for a soothing bath after a long day. Loved that they offered cappuccinos downstairs too.

The room was cozy and had a kettle, perfect for late-night snacks! But the corridor smelled like smoke. Would've loved a better atmosphere overall! 😕

The nearby eateries were a right treat! KFC just down the road, and don't miss Hungry Horse for a hearty meal. They were proper scrummy! Plus, the room was decent-sized, with a kettle for a cuppa and a microwave for a late-night snack. Perfect for chowing down after a long day.
But blimey, this place was like a scruffy halfway house! Stinky with stains everywhere and a dodgy ceiling. Had to battle for a refund-it was a right palaver! For £66, I expected a bit of cleanliness. Even the budget spots should have standards!

The hotel is in a good spot, super easy to get to and all. There's a big tesco and restaurants just a few mins away. The room was clean and comfy with lots of space and a kettle n microwave which is gr8. I really liked the friendly staff too, they were nice and helpful.
the town centre is a bit of a walk away and the bus stop next door was kinda noisy during the night.

Would be happy to recommend for a swift stopover
Clean room, comfortable bed, equipped with a kettle for making tea and a microwave for quick snacks, all within a short distance from a large Tesco for any essentials.
There was nothing I didn't like.

Great stay close to everything!
We spent 3 nights here and loved how convenient everything was. Right on the main road, so getting around was easy! The room was clean, cozy with fresh carpet, and had all the basics like a kettle and microwave. A snack bar nearby was perfect for late-night munchies. Just wish there was better parking-you gotta be careful!

Not the best stay!
I was there for work and the room next to mine was seriously loud all night-music blastin' and smoke everywhere. Staff didn't seem to care at all. Plus, charging my phone was a hassle 'cause there was only one plug far from the bed. I did enjoy snacks from the bar, tho. Kind of a mess overall.

Room was clean enough but the walls are paper thin had to listen to my neighbors all night. The shower was hot but that was about the only thing going for it.
It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for a night.

The location is solid, right on the main road. Room was clean and comfy, had a microwave, kettle, and a tv. Lots of storage too. Staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, there's a Tesco and cinema nearby which was handy. Easy access to places like Dudley zoo.

An Lovely Stay with Unmatched Hospitality
Spent two nights enjoying the local cuisine at nearby restaurants. The staff really connected with guests, sharing stories and recommendations. Though my room had a few quirks, the warm environment was good. I recommend securing valuables and exploring local dining options.

Just a decent option for a speedy visit in Dudley with extraordinarily good value for money. The shower had fluctuating temperatures, annoying, but we managed with water bottles. Check the room amenities before settling in.
